CANCELLATION POLICY: A 7-day notice is required for cancellations on all units, for non-event dates, to receive a refund of deposit. See * below for non-refundable dates. Reservations of 2-nights or longer, may not be reduced within 14-days of your arrival. Please Note: There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our cancellation policy, whether it is for reasons of sickness, other family emergency or weather conditions. Forfeit of deposit results if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival. Also, regardless of reasons, there is no partial refund, should you need or decide to leave early; after checking in. If you do not cancel your reservation and you are a “No Show”, you are responsible for the full amount of your total reservation. Should you have concerns, please explore Travel Insurance options. “Roll-Away” Beds available upon request, based on first-request availability. Check-In Time is after 4:00 PM & Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM. *No refunds for BIKE WEEK, 4th of July, or NASCAR events. All rates are based on Double Occupancy (2 People). Ages 14 and older stay for $25.00 additional, per night in rooms that have up to 4 capacity. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. (VIOLATIONS ASSESSED $200 FEE; At Owner’s Discretion.) All cottages and 4 lower hotel rooms are pet friendly. Canines only. The Premier Queen Suites and top floor of Hotel are not pet friendly. Please call to confirm availability. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $65 is required per small dog and $125 for larger breedsPets may not be left unattended in rooms. Limited to 2 dogs. FREE “Wi-Fi” Access In All Units. Parking is for 1 vehicle per unit. (Please advise if you have more than 1 vehicle per unit.) 9% State Room Tax Additional. * 2 or 3 Night Minimum stay may be required. One (1) night deposit required for nightly reservation. One (1) night deposit required on stays of 2-Nights or longer.
