Reservations of 2-nights or longer, may not be reduced within 14-days of your arrival. Please Note: There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our cancellation policy, whether it is for reasons of sickness, other family emergency or weather conditions. Forfeit of deposit results if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival. Also, regardless of reasons, there is no partial refund, should you need or decide to leave early; after checking in. If you do not cancel your reservation and you are a “No Show”, you are responsible for the full amount of your total reservation. Rates are based on Double Occupancy (2 People) for the Hotel and Cottages and Quadruple (4 People) for Cabins . Ages 13 and older stay for $25.00 additional, per night in rooms that have up to 4 capacity. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING (VIOLATIONS ASSESSED $200 FEE; At Owner’s Discretion). Only Cottages and the 4 Lower Hotel rooms are pet friendly. Canines only. Premier Queen Suites, Cabins and the Hotel top floor are not pet friendly. Please call to confirm availability. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $65 is required per small dog and $125 for larger breeds. Pets may not be left unattended in rooms. Limited to 2 dogs. FREE “Wi-Fi” Access In All Units.
